StokedPlastics® has created a performance plastic that contains more than 25% recycled plastic by weight, a substantial increase compared to traditional recycling methods. The raw materials for StokedPlastic® pellets are obtained from recycled plastic water bottles sourced from recycling partners in Indonesia and other parts of Asia. These pellets offer improved durability, flexibility, carbon efficiency, and circularity compared to conventional plastics.
StokedPlastics® powers Opolis Optics, a sustainable eyewear company, to produce eyewear made from recycled water bottles, demonstrating a circular production model.
