The first female chef in the US to be awarded three Michelin stars, Dominique Crenn, will start to serve cell-cultured chicken in her world-renowned restaurant, Atelier Crenn in San Francisco, CA. This comes as the first of many agreed partnerships with UPSIDE Foods, formerly known as Memphis Meats.
