Accor, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG Hotels & Resorts, and Marriott have joined the World Wildlife Fund and Greenview to create a measurement methodology to collect data and to measure and report waste. The new Measurement Methodology aims to set goals in order to reduce hotels’ waste and track their progress over time.
