Vary Tech launches new plastic waste solutions

Vary Tech, a global leader in turning waste into valuable resources, announced a major step forward in plastic recycling. Working alongside Evonik and SupeZET, they introduced a new, full-process solution that transforms common plastic waste into high-quality chemical products like circular naphtha and pyrolysis oil.

Vary Tech and SupeZET formed a new company, CARBON LOOP SYSTEMS in Singapore. This venture will focus on recycling plastics and creating sustainable fuels from biomass. They also signed an agreement with JE Synergy to build Asia’s very first demonstration plant that recycles municipal plastic waste in a closed-loop system, helping Singapore move toward zero waste.

As countries tighten rules on plastic waste, from Europe to India, the industry needs smarter, more reliable ways to recycle. This new process turns difficult, mixed plastics into high-quality raw materials for the petrochemical industry, closing a crucial gap in recycling efforts.

Vary Tech’s special pyrolysis technology has been around for over 20 years and is now used in more than 100 plants worldwide. It’s quiet, stable, and capable of processing 150 tons of waste every day, producing products that meet strict global standards.

But Vary Tech isn’t just about plastics. Their technology is also used to recycle tires, oil sludge, medical waste, and more.

With these innovations, Vary Tech is leading the way toward a cleaner, greener planet, turning waste into resources and helping the world meet its climate goals.
