FatHopes Energy has expanded its logistics fleet in Malaysia. The company has acquired additional prime movers from Hap Seng Truck Sdn Bhd.
The vehicles are purpose-built for feedstock transport. They meet national engineering requirements. FatHopes will deploy them across its growing collection network in Malaysia.
The move supports the company’s expanding feedstock volumes. It comes as FatHopes advances several strategic partnerships. These include collaborations with UCO Trading, MotionECO and PetroVietnam Oil Corporation.
CEO Vinesh Sinha said efficient feedstock movement is becoming more important as the company scales. He noted that logistics infrastructure needs to grow alongside the business. This is especially true given FatHopes’ partnerships and its planned Sustainable Aviation Fuel refinery.
Sinha also pointed to the company’s long relationship with Hap Seng Truck. He said the acquisition reinforces that partnership as FatHopes’ transport needs grow.
The new prime movers add to FatHopes’ national logistics backbone. The company says this supports its long-term goals in sustainable aviation fuel and advanced biofuels.
FatHopes Energy develops eco-friendly fats, oils and grease solutions for biofuel production. The company serves clients ranging from small operators to global oil and gas firms. It is headquartered in Malaysia.
Hap Seng Truck is the official distributor of commercial vehicles in Malaysia. It handles Mercedes-Benz Trucks, FUSO and Mercedes-Benz Vans.
